Shipping & Returns
We ship the majority of our orders either by FedEX, UPS, or USPS If for any reason you can't accept mail to a physical address, just let us know in the notes section of your order. Many of our items are drop shipped and we don't always have control over their method. Make sure we have both your physical and mailing addresses if they happen to be different.
Please realize that US International Shipping is not guaranteed without being insured, which will cost more. Also, free shipping on this site is only for the lower 48 states. Extra charges apply to all other destinations and we will contact you. Also note, that shipping charges calculated for the sale of our products on this site is based on the lower 48 states, other destinations may incur addtional shipping charges... we will contact you.
Everyone knows that the cost of shipping keeps going up, like everything else. We try our best to keep shipping costs down. And please understand, that we are not charging a handling charge for the cost of shipping materials and time to package. Unfortunately our shopping cart software is unable to always come up with an accurate charge for shipping, and sometimes it may seem too high. You can check ahead of time, once you place items in your shopping cart, and calculate the cost of shipping. If you feel it's too high, just give us a call. If you want to save time, just go ahead with the sale, and knowing that we refund the excess shipping charges. The biggest problems we have are with the small lightweight items, which some of them we now have shipping cost included. Please just give us a call if you have any concerns, we want you to be a happy customer!
We have also worked out direct shipping from a few of our manufacturers. This saves a gas and emissions having to travel from them, to us, to you... the consumer. And, it enables us to provide you with the lowest prices possible! So some orders may come to you in separate packages.... this is simply to save items from having to cross country too many times before becoming a part of your home. Also, we don't always have control over their method of shipping. If you have paid more for Priority Mail shipping and it ships by Ground, we will refund the difference to you.
As a smart shopper you will notice many stores with the same products, some offering free shipping. When comparison shopping, please give us a call if you want to purchase from us and find our price or shipping too high. We would love to work with you... hey, isn't that just like the old fashioned way of doing business? You bet!

Returns... ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED and within 30 days of purchase. Many of our manufacturers require a 25% restocking fee. We can only warehouse so much product and at times may have to pass that restocking fee along to our customers. Shipping charges are not not refunded. Also, the product must be in its original packaging and not have been used. We do understand that weird things happen.. just give us a call and we'll go from there. Also know that any product with a manufacturer defect must be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange. So make sure you open your package as soon as you receive it and make sure everything is ok.
