Yogotherm Yogurt Maker

I have owned a Yogotherm for several years and use it regularly. I LOVE it. The one thing I do differently is heat the milk in a glass container, cool it and then put it in the plastic tub with the starter, avoiding any concern about the instability of plastics when heated. I would be lost without my Yogotherm!
