Feta cheese is a rich and creamy soft type cheese of Greece, traditionally made with sheep's milk, although it can be made with goat's milk or a mixture of sheep and goats milk. However, many folks make it with whole or even skimmed cow's milk. It becomes sharper and saltier with aging.

It's crumbly texture and rich flavor make it a great addition to salads, pizza toppings Breads, and other mixed dishes.
